Why we built it

Most field service software charges for every login and keeps the best tools for its top plans. We think a five-person plumbing shop should get the same tools as a big company, and shouldn't pay more because the office manager needs a login.

So MightyCrews has a free plan with no time limit, office staff are always free, and paid plans are priced only by the people in the field.

What we stand by

• Free means free. Quotes, jobs, invoices and online payments, with as many field workers and office staff as you have. No time limit, no card.
• Office staff are always free. Owners, dispatchers and bookkeepers never cost a thing.
• Card fees that stop growing. Stripe's fee plus our 0.5%, and our part never goes over $99 a month.
• Your customers pay the invoice amount. Nothing is added on top for paying by card.
• Switching is on us. Send us your exports from Jobber or Housecall Pro and we'll bring your customers, price book, unpaid invoices and upcoming visits over for you, free.
• A person answers. Write to us from Help & support in the app or by email, and a real person replies.
