How it works
The money goes straight to your bank, through your own Stripe account.
- Connect StripeStripe asks for your business details, an ID check and your bank account. It takes about 10 minutes.
- Send the invoiceInvoices, and quotes with a deposit, get a Pay button. Invoice emails say View and pay.
- The customer paysBy card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Stripe's secure page. They can save the card for next time.
- It records itselfThe payment goes against the right invoice or deposit, the customer gets a receipt, and Stripe pays out to your bank.

Stripe's card fee (2.9% + 30¢) plus MightyCrews' 0.5%. Once our part reaches $99 in a month, it's $0 for the rest of that month.

Your customers pay the invoice amount, with nothing added. No surcharges, ever.
Deposits on quotes
Ask for a deposit on a quote, and the customer pays it by card when they approve. You know they're serious before you book the work.
Cards on file and autopay
Customers save a card when they pay, or from a link you send. Autopay charges each invoice on its due date, with one retry 3 days later. On every plan.
Tips, with no fee from us
Turn on tips and customers can add 10, 15 or 20% when they pay an invoice online. MightyCrews takes no fee on tips. On every plan.
Cards by phone
A customer reads out their card and the office types it into Stripe's page, to pay an invoice or save it for autopay.

What does it cost?
Stripe's card fee (2.9% + 30¢; international cards cost more) plus MightyCrews' 0.5% of each payment. Our part never goes over $99 in a calendar month; after that, only Stripe's fee applies until the month ends. Payments you record yourself, like cash or checks, have no fees.
Can customers pay from their bank account?
Yes, if you turn it on. Customers paying an invoice online can choose their bank account instead of a card: ACH in the US, pre-authorized debit in Canada. Stripe's fee on a bank payment is capped, so on a big invoice it costs far less than a card. Our 0.5% still applies, within the same $99 monthly cap. A bank payment takes a few business days to clear, and the invoice shows it as on its way until then.
I already use Stripe. Can I use it?
Yes. Sign in with your Stripe login and it'll appear beside your current account, paying out to the bank account you choose.
Do my customers pay more?
No. Customers pay the invoice amount, with nothing added.
Is there a limit when I start?
On Free, up to $5,000 can be collected online in your first 30 days of card payments. The limit lifts by itself after that, or as soon as you're on a paid plan.
What happens if I refund a payment?
The invoice owes that amount again, and MightyCrews' fee on the refunded part is given back.
