Review requests
More Google reviews, without remembering to ask.
When a job is finished, MightyCrews asks the customer for a Google review for you. You see who opened it, who went on to Google, and the reviews that came in.

How it works
Set it up once. After that, every finished job asks for a review.
- Add your Google review linkFind your business on Google from Settings and the link is saved. Or paste it in.
- Switch on automatic requestsChoose how long after a finished job the request waits: 1, 2, 4 or 24 hours.
- The customer is askedBy text when texting is on and they have a mobile, otherwise by email. One tap takes them to your Google review page.
- See what happenedWho opened it, who went on to Google, and the reviews that came in, with an email to you for each new one.
Why review requests work
Every job, automatically
Requests go out after each finished job, so asking never depends on someone remembering. You can also ask one customer at a time with a button.
Text or email
By email on Full Suite. On Full Suite Plus, by text when the customer has a mobile, and by email when they don't.
Polite by design
One request per job, never within 90 days of the last one, and automatic ones go out between 8 am and 8 pm. Only customers with work done in the last 2 years are asked.
One reminder, only if needed
If they haven't opened it after 3 days, you can send one reminder. Never more than one.
Track every request
See how many requests went out, how many were opened, how many people went on to Google, and the reviews that came in.
Reviews confirmed for you
New Google reviews are matched to your requests. For each one confirmed, you can get an email with the stars and a link to the review.
On Jobber, review requests are a paid add-on. Here they're part of Full Suite. Compare MightyCrews and Jobber →
Questions
Do I need texting?
No. On Full Suite, requests go by email. On Full Suite Plus, they go by text when the customer has a mobile and can be texted, and by email otherwise.
Which jobs get a request?
Each job finished after you switch automatic requests on. Repeat-service jobs aren't asked automatically, and a customer asked in the last 90 days, or who said no, is skipped.
Can customers say no?
Yes. Every request email has a "No more review requests" link. Once they use it, they aren't asked again.
Does every customer get the same link?
Yes. Everyone goes to your Google review page, whatever they thought of the job.
