Who counts as a field worker?
Anyone booked on visits or tracking time on jobs, including you if you work in the field. Owners, dispatchers, office staff and bookkeepers are always free.
Is Free really free?
Yes, for as long as you like. We earn our 0.5% when your customers pay you online, and never more than $99 a month.
What does it cost to take card payments?
Online card payments: Stripe's card fee (2.9% + 30¢) plus MightyCrews' 0.5%, never more than $99 a month. Your customers pay the invoice amount, with nothing added.
Can I sell products online?
Yes, on every plan, Free included. Mark items in your pricebook "Sell online" and customers order and pay at your own store page, or from a widget on your website. They pick up, or you bring it on your next visit.
What's the price estimator?
A widget for your website that gives visitors a price range for a job and sends you the request, with their answers and photos. Part of Full Suite.
What does fair use mean for texting?
Texting is for your customers about their own work: bookings, reminders, "On my way", quotes, invoices, reviews and replies. Most shops send well under 500 texts a month per field worker. If you go well past that, we'll get in touch. To protect your number, texts pause for the rest of the month at three times that. Texts never cost extra.
Can I bring my data from Jobber or Housecall Pro?
