Website price estimators
Give customers a price while they're on your website.
Build an estimator from your own services and prices. Visitors answer a few questions, see a price on the spot, and send you the job with the price they saw.
Part of Full Suite ($10 per field worker a month) On Free, it works as a plain Request a quote form. Office staff always free. See pricing →
How it works
From a blank page to prices on your website, without a developer.
- Start from a templatePick a ready-made starting point for your trade, or start blank. Put in your own prices before you publish.
- Put it on your websitePaste one snippet into Wix, Squarespace, WordPress and others, or share its link on Facebook, your Google Business Profile or a QR code on the van.
- Customers get a priceThey answer a few questions, add photos if you ask for them, and see a price or a price range straight away.
- The job lands in InquiriesWith their answers, photos and the price they saw. One click turns it into a draft quote.
Why estimators win more work
Your services, your prices
The questions, packages and prices are yours. Customers see their price, never your costs or notes.
Good, better, best
Offer packages side by side. "Make a quote" puts the one they chose as the recommended option, with up to two others beside it.
Photos with the request
Ask for photos of the job, and customers add up to 10 from their phone. You see the work before you quote it.
Ask for an on-site visit
For jobs that need a look first, customers pick a day that suits them, and you book the visit from the inquiry.
A copy to come back to
Turn it on and customers who aren't ready yet can email themselves a copy of their estimate. It arrives as an inquiry, so you have their email too.
See how it's doing
See how many people open each estimator and how many send you a request. Your own test visits are left out.

Questions
What happens on the Free plan?
A published estimator works as a plain Request a quote form: the same questions and contact fields, without prices. Your website keeps working and requests still arrive. Prices come with Full Suite.
Will it work on my website?
Yes, if your site lets you paste in code: Wix, Squarespace, WordPress's Custom HTML block and others. It sizes itself to fit. If your site builder only takes a frame, there's a frame version too, and you can always share the estimator's own link.
Can a customer change the price they see?
No. The price is worked out again on our server every time, so what reaches you is what your own prices say.
Where do the requests go?
To Inquiries in MightyCrews, and you get an email. "Make a quote" turns a request into a draft quote, which is never sent until you send it.
