Connect QuickBooks Online
Send your customers, invoices, payments and credits to QuickBooks Online automatically.
QuickBooks Online is on Full Suite.
Connect it
- Open Settings and choose QuickBooks. (Admins only.)
- Click Connect QuickBooks and sign in to QuickBooks.
- Match your customers that are already in QuickBooks: Same customer or Not the same.
- Pair your taxes (in the US, QuickBooks works out sales tax itself).
- Choose your income accounts, and where payments go.
- Choose to send records from today, or from an earlier date.
- Click Save. Nothing is sent until you do.
What's sent
Every couple of minutes, MightyCrews sends new customers, issued invoices, payments (including deposits and refunds), credits and voided invoices. Sync now sends them straight away.
Record payments in MightyCrews, not in QuickBooks. MightyCrews sends to QuickBooks; it doesn't read changes made there.
If something doesn't sync
It's tried again, then listed under Didn't sync with Try again, and we email you once a day. Disconnect stops syncing and keeps everything already in QuickBooks.
