Ask for Google reviews
Send customers a link to review you on Google after a job, by hand or automatically.
Happy customers are glad to leave a review. They just need to be asked at the right time, with a link that takes them straight there.
Add your Google review link
- Open Settings and the Reviews tab.
- Click Find your business on Google and pick your business. Or click Paste a link instead and paste your review link from your Google Business Profile.
- Click Test my link to make sure it opens your review page.
Ask by hand
Click Ask for a review on a job, a paid invoice or the customer's page. The customer gets an email with a Leave a review button. If they haven't left one after 3 days, you can send one reminder.
Ask automatically
- Open Settings and the Automations tab.
- Turn on Ask for a Google review.
- Choose how long after the job is finished to ask: 1, 2, 4 or 24 hours.
MightyCrews never asks the same customer more than once in 90 days, never asks someone who said no more, skips repeat jobs, and never sends between 8 pm and 8 am.
