Plans: Free, Full Suite and Full Suite Plus
What each plan includes, who you pay for, the free trial, and how to change plans.
The plans
- Free: quotes, jobs and invoices, online card payments, the calendar, the crew app, your customers' accounts and the online store. Free for as long as you like.
- Full Suite ($10 per field worker a month): adds automatic reminders and follow-ups, online booking, repeat work, dispatch by person, time tracking, review requests, memberships, website price estimators, all reports, role permissions, and QuickBooks and Xero.
- Full Suite Plus ($25 per field worker a month): adds texting, so customers get confirmations, reminders and On my way by text, and you can text back and forth.
Who you pay for
Only field workers: anyone with Works in the field ticked on their card in Team & permissions. Office staff, Admins and Accountants are always free. You count too, if you go out on jobs.
The free trial
Every new business gets 30 days of Full Suite, with no card needed. Choose Keep Full Suite to stay on it. If you don't, you move to Free when the trial ends, and nothing you've entered is lost.
Changing plans
- Open Settings and choose Plan and billing. (Admins only.)
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want. It starts right away.
- To move down, or to cancel, click Move to this plan on the lower plan (Free to cancel). It takes effect at your next bill.
Change card or download invoices opens your billing details.
Card fees
Stripe charges 2.9% + 30¢ per card payment, and MightyCrews adds 0.5%, never more than $99 a month. Your customers pay exactly the invoice amount.
