How do I book work?

Put visits on the calendar by person, and drag a job onto someone's day to book it. Each person sees their own day on their phone or tablet.

Do customers get reminders?

Yes. Customers get visit confirmations and reminders by email. On Full Suite Plus they also get them by text, along with "On my way" messages.

Can I set up repeat work?

Yes, on Full Suite. Repeat a job weekly, every two weeks, monthly, quarterly or yearly, and move a rained-out day's visits in one step.
